1. Refund Policy


At ContactMe, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


a. Eligibility for Refunds:


• Refunds are applicable only for purchases made directly through the ContactMe website or official app.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your purchase.

• Refunds will only be granted for unused and undamaged QR tags. If the QR tags have been used or tampered with, they will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Refund Process:


• To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@contactmeindia.com with your order details and reason for the refund.

• Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

c. Non-Refundable Items:


• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

• Custom orders or personalized QR tags are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Cancellation Policy


a. Order Cancellations:

 

• You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@contactmeindia.com as soon as possible.

• If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our refund policy to return the items for a refund.

b. Subscription Cancellations:


• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings on the ContactMe app or website.

• If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your subscription will not be renewed.

c. Cancellation by ContactMe::


• ContactMe reserves the right to cancel any order or subscription at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in the order or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• If we cancel your order or subscription, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
